PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s Small Farm Program will conduct agribusiness workshops for producers in Pine Bluff on Jan. 7 and in Eudora on Jan. 9. Both workshops will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 1 p.m.
The workshop will include discussions on the types of records to keep and the amount of time they should be kept for, year-end analyses, annual balance sheets and making income and expense projections for 2015.
Producers preparing records for income tax, financial planning for the 2015 season, or interested in obtaining USDA loans or other loans should attend.
The Jan. 7 workshop in Pine Bluff will be held at the S.J. Parker 1890 Extension Complex auditorium, located at the corner of L.A. “Prexy” Davis Drive and Oliver Road.
The Jan. 9 workshop in Eudora will be at the G.C. Johns Community Center room at the old elementary school campus at 901 Baker Street.
