PINE BLUFF, Ark. – Thirty-one University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) School of Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Sciences (SAFHS) students are on the Dean’s List for the 2013 fall semester that ended Dec. 12, 2013, according to Dr. James O. Garner Jr., dean/director.
To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must be in good standing at UAPB, have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average (GPA) out of a possible 4.0 and completed a minimum of 15 credit hours with no incomplete courses.
Five students earned a 4.0 GPA. They are agriculture majors Stanza Donald, North Little Rock; Daniel Perry, Lexa; and human sciences major Laqualia Chatman, Dumas; Zendrisha Salter, Memphis, Tenn.; and Mollie Sanford, White Hall.
Of the 26 students with GPAs of 3.50-3.99, eleven are from Pine Bluff. They are agriculture majors Morgan Ely, Jasmine Hale, Paula Johnson, Alicia Means, Adrienne Morgan, Jamison Murry, Shreka Shaw, Jalia Steward; and human sciences majors Leshala Collins, Lecreesha Thomas and Alyssa Ward.
Nine other Arkansans are also on the Dean’s List. They are Matthew Dismuke, Camden; Karen Fears, Jonathan Watson, and English Peterson, Little Rock; Johnniesha Frazier, Helena; Chanise Golatt, Mabelvale; Dexter Howard, Searcy; Brittany Wade, Marianna; and Kiphanie Williams, Altheimer.
Also on the Dean’s List are Demetris Anderson, Chicago; Struma Cartman, Matteson, Ill.; Rykel Lawrence, Kansas City, Mo.; Diera McGrew, Memphis, Tenn.; Czelene Carrera, Tuscon, Ariz.; and Kayla Reynolds, Murphreesboro, Tenn.
