ST. LOUIS, MO – Twelve students from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff were selected to participate in Monsanto’s 1890 Student Leadership Event, which will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, October 21-23. The students will be accompanied by Yulanda Riley, Project Specialist/Career Coach in the Office of Career Services
The goal of this event is to offer internships and Cooperative Education positions to qualified students at 1890 Institutions and create a pipeline of talent for Monsanto from these institutions. Since the inception of the program, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff has had the highest number of students selected to attend the conference and achieved the highest number of internships and Cooperative Education positions.
The Office of Career Services is located in Caldwell Hall, Suite 202. We encourage all UAPB students to take advantage of the many opportunities available for career preparation.
