PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) Senate is sponsoring an open forum to provide the campus along with all constituent groups and members of the community the opportunity to give input and feedback regarding the desired characteristics and profile of the next Chancellor at UAPB. Dr. Donald R. Bobbitt, President of the University of Arkansas System will be present to discuss the selection process.
Community members are invited to share their opinions along with the campus community at an interactive open forum Friday, June 22 from 1-3 pm in the J.M. Ross Theatre of the Hathaway-Howard Fine Arts Center at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
The Chancellor serves as chief executive officer for the institution and reports to the President of the University of Arkansas System. UAPB’s Chancellor provides the overall direction of the university and is also responsible for academic leadership, fiscal management, and infrastructure and human resource development.
The Hathaway-Howard Fine Arts Center is located on the corner of University Drive and Fluker street.
